  Financing Terms:                                                                                                                                                                            We will accept 50% down payment upon purchase of alpacas with a signed sale agreement faxed to our office.               The remaining 50% is due before the alpacas depart to their new home. We accept VISA, MasterCard,                      Cash, & Cashier's Check.                         

Boarding & Transportation:                                                                                                                                Boarding is free for 1 month after the sale, thereafter, the fee is $3.00 per day for a weaned alpaca and an            additional $1.00 per day for a cria underfoot. (Basically $4.00 for 1 lactating dam with cria at side.) .  Terms                    may vary, depending on what you buy & the situation.

The birthing fee is $150.00 for cria born at Rockford Bay Ranch from date of purchase contract.

Shearing fees are extra, as is special veterinarian care. All shots are included in the boarding costs, as is worming.       West Nile shots though, are extra.  Other guarantees regarding the said above is written in our contracts.

We can also help you get the transportation arrangements taken care of, though it is the sole responsibility of                the buyer to make final arrangements and to pay for it. For more information, please contact us further. Depending       on the transportation location, & the time schedule, we might be able to help transport them for a nominal fee.

Guarantees & Warrantees:                                                                                                                                                                                          The health of each Alpaca is as stated.

Other Terms & Conditions:                                                                                                                                           We deal on a first come, first serve basis. To secure an alpaca, you need to make a 50% down payment, & sign the contract, otherwise, they are not secured for you. All other guarantees are listed in the purchase contract.
