Rockford Paul Revere's Hadassah

Hadassah is marvelously dense, and comes from exclusively supreme lineage with Outstanding Genetics. She is the spectacular result of pairing the famous Ultimate Ideal Alpaca Studmaster-Peruvian PACIFIC CREST ACCOYO PAUL REVERE with VIAC GENNY, who has Champion lineage of her own, including the absolute Canadian Champion ACERO MARKA'S ROCKAMUNDO, who at 18 months had a 13.6 MC & 14.5 lbs of pure fiber!!!.

She shines with Paul Revere's genetics, with her rare B-line (fine fleeced) pedigree, topknot, wonderful handle, extreme density, consistently, & luster. Her paternal grandsire-ACCOYO TSUNAMI was imported into the States from Peru in 1998. He had a soft rolling skin and a bundled fleece. Both parents were selected by Greg Mecklem with the guidance of Don Julio Barreda. Paul Revere is a little smaller than other Accoyo males, but that is consistent with his rare B-line (fine fleeced) pedigree, inherited from his Dam-Yemaya.

The B-line animals exhibit 20% less body weight, 20% finer fleece, and 20% less density. The hallmark of the B-line male is his C of V. Paul Revere's C of V was 18% (20.7 microns) at his first shearing and 20% (20.7 microns) at his second shearing. In addition, he has perfect confirmation and presence which is openly seen in his progeny, including Hadassah.

Hadassah has inherited the impeccable denseness from her dam's side though, & so she has all of the B-Line pedigree, plus the breeding up of what Genny has to offer. She has beautiful brown fleece with significant black color genetics, all of which is sure to help her produce gorgeous colored females.

Her 2011 daughter, from her 2nd Snowmass Reminiscence - Tekhinah (pictured at right), has a regal, stunning presence, and has loads of dark brown, dense, and crimpy fleece. We repeated the breeding again for what produced a gorgeous, fine, light fawn male - Darius. Reminiscence has almost impenetrably dense fleece & a World-Class Lineage, including Peruvian Snowmaster, Snowmass Edelweis, Snowmass Legacy Gold, Snowmass Belladonna, and Snowmass Andean Gold...and this breeding truly showed it!!

We decided to repeat the breeding to Snowmass Reminiscence again this year, for the 4th time, for what is sure to be another spectacular cria (yet to be confirmed)!

Hadassah is one of our main foundational animals, because of her fleece and the cria she throws...her easy, pleasant temperament and easygoing personality is also a great bonus. We have made the difficult decision to discount Hadassah's price for a short time, in hopes of selling her, in order to make room for all of the crias coming this year.
