Viola has the best of two worlds. He has a regal and ever-watchful bearing, a large frame, with good, straight conformation, a model temperament, spectacular fleece characteristics, & a Champion lineage to match. His dense fleece is soft, fine and crimpy, with a well-defined lock structure. At the age of 20 months, Viola was ready to start his breeding career, and so, we are expecting his first crop of crias in Spring 2012!!

We obtained Cazie in the Spring 2011, to add colored genetics to our breeding foundation. Cazie is an upstanding true black female with the correct conformation. At the age of nine her micron count was still 21.8, and at the age of 13, her AFD is still 23.7--both of which are excellent scores for a True Black female of this age. Cazie throws a solid color consistently, even if bred to the finest white studs.
This summer, Cazie gave us a jet black male, sired by Silver Spoon Viola--our Medium Rose Gray herdsire, who is an outstanding son of Snowmass Peruvian Casanova (sire of Snowmass Nova) & grandson of Aussie Rockford. We look forward to seeing what his fleece will be like at his first shearing.
